Mother Brown's Creek
Some mornings the beach hums with activity - seabirds dive for fish or scavenge the John Dory that are regularly washed up on a receding tide (if you are fast you can catch them by hand before the seagulls beat you to it). Other mornings, like this one, are restful and sooth away the cold jarring start to a day.
